Author's Note: This is my first story with male on male. I am not an english major so please be nice with the grammar comments.

Chapter 1 - Boredom and Randomness

It was beautiful and sunny Friday morning. Golden beams of light cascaded across the hardwood floor and slowly creped across until it worked up the frame of the bed and snaked into the eyelids of J. Grunting and bringing his hands from the blanket he reached up to his face and slowly wiped his eyes and coaxed a tired set of eyelids open. This was the first day of a well earned four day weekend, and J really needed the break from work and the stresses associated with it. The bed felt empty as he was newly single, and adjusting to this new life,

This read may not be for everyone, but I do hope if it’s your cup of tea that you enjoy reading it.
This story is dedicated to K.M.M. and J.A.B. for giving me the inspiration to look past the darkness and rediscover my inner light.

Respectfully and sincerely written for: Miss C.

The glow of the the dimmed lighting complimented the soft background music playing. He sat there quietly, ever grateful, and slowly ate the finely prepared dinner before him. This particular restaurant was not for the everyday consumer, but rather a prestigious five star Irish Steakhouse, and her personal favorite. It’s not her style to bring just anyone here, but of course he did not know that. The business was a little slow for a Saturday afternoon, but that was just fine with him. He was hoping not to have too many people look at him, What if these people caught on to what she is doing to me? He thought over and over. Breathing normally was out the window, as was the typical male speed record eating habits that usually disgust most civilized and mature women. His breaths were controlled, as was the reduced pace in which he was forced to eat, although he didn’t mind either factor.

“Hey, you be careful this weekend, ok” His statement was more out of fear for her than anything else. He had been working in the same office as her for long enough to build a lasting friendship. He truly cared for his H.R Manager, even if he didn’t much care for her gender. “Oh I’m a big girl, I’ll be fine, boys” she replied as she hastily gathered her cell phone, purse and keys. “Besides, trust me he’s no match for me. Even if he did decide to get a little randy on me, I would have him down and pinned in less than a few seconds”. The other two chuckled at her. Inside though, they sensed a streak to her that would most likely probably back that statement right up. Either way, each of the men knew she was superior to them, so they just left it alone. “Well, girlfriend, call us if u need us, mkayy”. She just smiled and nodded, then made her way to the exit and to the parking area for her car.
