Agent Suzzanne Midsummer -origin

Author's Note: I realised and needed to create a back story for Suzzanne Midsummer so this is a “prequel” to my Agent Midsummer stories CHAPTER 1 Dave the Fixer carefully he poured the powder mix from the fold of crisp white paper into the neck of the champagne bottle, the powder fizzing as it made contact with the charged contents. He held the bottle up to the light to ensure it was completely dissolved; the pink liquid was filled with tiny sparkling bubbles which appeared from nowhere and raced upwards towards the surface. Pleased with his work he pushed the bottle down into the metal bucket full of ice, which crunched as he imbedded the bottle with a twisting motion. Wrapping a clean white napkin around the neck he placed the bucket in the limousine’s custom holder. Quickly he scanned the passenger compartment, the ice bucket, a single long stemmed glass, the opulent cream leather bench seats and thick pile cream carpet; he smiled and closed the door with a solid clunk. Settling into the driver seat, he adjusted the throw of the wheel and familiarised himself with the controls, especially those which controlled the door locks and glass partition, finally he twisted the key and started the engine, the radio quietly filled the drivers compartment, easy listening, not his choice of music but hey he wasn’t hear to listen to the radio he had a job to do. He checked the address once more before the long black Cadillac pulled onto the wet street and sped off into the darkening evening. ...

Amazonian Agonies The Adventures of Agent Suzzanne

Author's Note: This is the 2nd story in the series involving my hapless heroine Suzzanne (the 1st is published here). After the 1st i was advised by other writers to actually write a story with theme so this one is a bit longer and hopefully has a beginning, middle and an end CHAPTER 1 Suzzanne stepped off the loading ramp into space and as the plane began to shrink she had no sensation of falling. She could see the sun coming over the horizon but she knew that on the ground it was still the dark before dawn. She rolled onto her front and spread her arms and legs to control her fall and attitude, she glanced at the red figures of the head - up display projected onto the visor of her helmet, she was at 42,000 feet. This was only the second time she had ever HALO jumped but she knew that at this altitude outside her helmet and protective suit it was airless and well below freezing. She breathed slowly, the oxygen tasted dry and metallic in her mouth and she could hear her own breathing in her ears. Pulling in her arms and legs she angled her body down to increase her speed as she watched the altitude falling, 39,000 feet now. The aim was to freefall as quickly as possible and only open the chute just before landing to avoid detection. She began to feel buffeting as the air thickened and in her head she quickly began to go through her mission. ...

Lady Sally Blackrook, Victorian Adventuress

Author's Note: New heroine, short story Urging his horses on the coach driver steered the carriage through the stygian darkness of the forest. There was still snow on the ground and the gibbous moon shining from a cold cloudless sky helped the driver to find his way, the light from the carriage lanterns being pale and ineffectual. Behind the screens on the carriage windows sat a single occupant, a petite blond woman in her late 30’s with attractive but pointed features, she sat wrapped in a heavy travelling cape her gloved hands holding documents which she studied intently. This was Lady Sally Blackrook, an Englishwoman of some nobility. Widow of the late Lord Blackrook she was a woman of independent means despite her husband’s wealth. A famed beauty she had remained single since husband’s death however it was rumoured she had her choice of lovers from the great and good of the English and International élite. She was infamous in polite society as an unconventional woman who did not conform to the Victorian role of a lady, shooting, hunting and partaking of other hazardous pursuits not deemed suitable for a lady of her status. In fact she was an adventuress and explorer using her considerable wealth to fund her exploits, there were even rumours she occasionally took the pay of British Government as a spy. ...

The Check Up

Author's Note: This was the first story I wrote at the request of my wife. She loves bondage and peril and Suzzanne Midsummer is her on line alter ego. Suzzanne visits the dentist for what she believes will be a routine dental examination. Suzzanne pulled into the parking space and stopped the car, she checked the clock, it was 5, 40 pm, five minutes before her appointment. As always Suzzanne had left booking her dental check up until the last minute and she had been pleased when the receptionist said she had the last appointment of the afternoon left. She would have her check up and then home and finish that bottle of wine! ...
