Jennifer's Journey
This is one that I worte about eight years ago, and hasn’t seen the light of day for many years. I thought it was about time it got an airing, so hope you enjoy it. Jennifer was not looking forward to the bus journey home that Friday evening. She had been rushed off her feet all day, and the long journey home was not a pleasant one at the best of times. It was, therefore, a pleasant surprise to leave the office and find her husband’s car waiting outside the door.
