I left home as I do any other morning, wrapped up in my thick black coat and scarf in a vain attempt to shield myself from the winter breeze. Hopping hastily into my car on the slippery drive I scurry off to work in the next town just a few miles away from here. I desperately blow into my hands trying to invite even the faintest warmth into my shivering fingers, cussing the weather and all the while disliking the fact I had to go to work in such abnormal temperatures.
